We’ll provide personal support to get your life back where you can focus on what is next for you. Not only do we work with you to discover a career that you will love, we include skills training in finances and business communication that will put you at the front of the line for hiring! We will bring to you education, training, workshops, employer outings, job fairs, and unite you with employers who are looking forward to hiring you! We understand there may be housing, food, clothing and transportation issues, and we are even working to coordinate those on your behalf! while you may be thinking things are beyond your reach, we are here to provide you with a path to achieving your goals. From day one, we are on hand to mentor you and connect you with support,
education, and training. We plan for both employment upon release, with an exit plan which follows you along your journey to a living wage! Our program includes a pre-hire process, resume building, access to work experience and references, along with all the tools needed to excel in post hire employment for at least a year. We offer Career Ready Training and Education
From Adult Education Center access that prepares you for acceptance to Community Colleges and Universities, we will work to deliver
everything that employers are looking for! We can get you employed in less than 3 days, and we have training with RCC’s Shine program that will get you a paycheck immediately. We are committed to your career and technical education (CTE), and we will make available to you as many of the CTE sectors as you are interested in pursuing. Imagine the resume, the reference, the experience in your field, the personal and professional credentials that can communicate professional financial stewardship to your employer! Our whole person attention to you deliver the tools and the work processes to fit in easily with your employer’s culture.
